Cinkō Asian Latino Grill is celebrating Savor at Baha Mar with a special three-course menu for $65 per person,
available through October 15, 2026.

Located inside Grand Hyatt Baha Mar on Cable Beach in Nassau, Cinkō brings its signature Asian Latin fusion to the resort-wide dining celebration with a menu designed to give guests a taste of what makes the restaurant so distinctive. Running from August 15 through October 15, Savor at Baha Mar brings together restaurants across the resort with specially curated prix fixe menus at set prices. At Cinkō, the experience is a chance to explore the bold, layered flavors that define the kitchen, where Asian and Latin influences come together through fresh seafood, vibrant sauces, sushi, grilled dishes, rice and noodles.

Dinner is served Sunday through Thursday from 6pm to 10pm. Cinkō will be closed to the public from September 10 through October 5. Reservations include complimentary valet parking, making it easy to enjoy an evening of dining at Baha Mar.

First Course
Choice of one

Asian market salad | Asian greens, aji amarillo-miso vinaigrette, soy cured egg, avocado, cucumber, aonori.

Beef barbacoa | Braised short rib, gochujang, soy sauce, kimchi bibb lettuce, salsa verde, corn tortillas.

Second Course
choice of one

Aeropuerto | Fried egg, fried rice, egg noodles, seasonal vegetables, green onions, chinese five spice.

Yakitori chicken | Grilled chicken, peruvian bbq-panca-tare sauce, aji amarillo chimichurri, quinoa furikake.

Lomo saltado | Grilled rib eye, aji amarillo chili, soy sauce, tomatoes, onions, potatoes, cilantro.

Dessert
Choice of one

Cinnamon sugar churros with dark chocolate sauce | Deep fried churros, cinnamon sugar, dark chocolate sauce.

Torta de chocolate | Chocolate and Colombian coffee layered cake.

Finding Cinkō at Baha Mar

Cinkō sits inside Grand Hyatt Baha Mar at 1 Baha Mar Blvd on Cable Beach in Nassau, a few minutes from the Baha Mar casino and the beach. Valet and lot parking are both on site, and valet is complimentary with a Savor reservation.
